TITAN Ultra V3.0

TITAN Ultra 3.0 is a highly concentrated, water-based flexible membrane sealant for paint systems, wraps, PPF, glass, wheels and plastic trim.

TITAN’s Dual Carbon Polymer Technology™ combines carbon nanotube-reinforced reduced graphene oxide with its HyperQuartz® formulation. The manufacturer describes this formulation as providing mechanical lubricity, ease of use, chemical resistance and durability.

It creates a sacrificial layer with elastic and flexible properties to help the surface shed contamination and protect the coating from degradation.

• Can be applied wet or used as a drying aid.

How to Use

1. Spray directly onto a new, quality short-pile microfibre towel and work into the paint.
2. Buff with a new, quality long-pile microfibre towel to remove any remaining residue.
3. Carry out a final check with the long-pile microfibre towel and a bright but diffused light source to ensure no residue remains.
4. Do not expose the vehicle to the elements for at least 6 hours.

Important Application Information

• Never apply in direct sunlight.
• Two layers are recommended. Ultra 3.0 can be layered immediately.
• Applying Ultra 3.0 over Titan or Zeus can cause haze or smearing before those coatings have fully cured after 5 days. This is normal.
• For maintenance applications, wash, decontaminate and apply. No further preparation is needed.
